Submissions for the 2025 poster now open!

To apply:

  • You must be a current member of the WCA. 

  • Submit 1 or 2 images of current work. Image requirements:

    • 1200px minimum on shortest side

    • 300dpi

    • JPEG or PNG

    • Preference for pictures taken on a white background

  • The file name should contain your full name

  • Members that have been featured in 2 out of the last 3 years
    will be selected last.

  • Deadline December 1st

We feature as many members as possible, but unfortunately, due to space constraints, we may not be able to feature everyone. If your image is not selected, we may still feature it in our social media channels, website, and newsletter.

Please ensure that your submission follows all of the above guidelines.
Incomplete or inaccurate entries may not be considered for inclusion in the poster.
