Meet our new WCA Co-Presidents!
/Brenda Lovie
It gives me great pleasure to serve as Co-President with Jordan this year.
The WCA offers a community of encouraging friends who have supported me in pursuing my love of working with clay, as well as providing educational and networking opportunities.
In keeping with the spirit of the WCA, I am looking forward to working with the board members to reach and encourage all ceramic artists in Washington, providing a platform of support, networking and personal development.
I am interested in increasing educational opportunities through workshops and looking into the possibility of offering scholarships as well as increasing the attendance at WCA events.
Here's to a great year of clay!

I am thrilled to be able to take on the role of Co-President with Brenda for the WCA this year.
The WCA has given me access to a community that is passionate as well as generous in spirit, support, and resources. This organization has provided me with not only opportunities for personal development, but also the chances to develop wonderful relationships with the makers that surround me.
I am enthusiastic about being able to contribute back to the WCA. I am excited to work with the board members and to continue cultivating and strengthening our clay community.
I hope to connect more clay artists throughout the entirety of Washington state, from potentially encouraging WCA satellite groups across the state to bridge the distance gaps between us, to boosting visibility of the organization to more people through social media.
I look forward to a fabulous year together with all of you!
